Cotorra provides language education and
communication tools. Services and pricing
are communicated directly to each client.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through
Stripe. By making a payment you agree to
Stripe’s terms of service.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within
7 days of payment to lauramog@cotorra.net.
Refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Cancellations
To cancel a service, contact us at
lauramog@cotorra.net at least 24 hours
in advance.

– Requests made after 7 days of payment
– Services already fully delivered
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within
5-10 business days through Stripe.
